1. Where is your practice located?
We are located within the Ardrossan Health Centre which is OPPOSITE the road to the Ardrossan Seaview Aged Care Facility. Park on Fifth Street and come through the Ardrossan Health Centre entrance. You will walk into the waiting room where physiotherapy and other patients will be waiting for their appointments. Please note the receptionist is for dental patients only and cannot assist you with physiotherapy enquiries.

2. How do I book an appointment?
Appointments can either be made by:
a) Calling 0472 598 505
b) Online booking via the "Book an Appointment > " Button at the top of this page.
c) Sending an email to kimberley@yorkepeninsulaphysiotherapy.com.au
d) Filling out the enquiry form at the bottom of this website page

3. I have an initial appointment, is there anything I need to do?
If it is your first appointment at Yorke Peninsula Physiotherapy there are a few steps you need to take before we can begin your appointment.
a) Bring along with you any referral forms or surgery paperwork to your appointment. If you are able, please email these ahead of your appointment to kimberley@yorkepeninsulaphysiotherapy.com.au
b) Fill out a new patient form. This is available from our table in the waiting room at the Ardrossan Health Centre. Please come 5-10 minutes earlier to fill this out and ensure your appointment starts on time.
